Party Mode is a multiplayer quiz room for 2 to 8 players where everyone plays — including whoever created the room. Unlike the teacher mode, there is no observer role. Everyone answers every question on their own device and competes on the same live leaderboard.
Can I play Party Mode with strangers or only friends?
Both. Choose Private Room for friends-only (people need your 6-digit code to enter) or Public Room so anyone browsing the site can see it and tap to join. You can flip the room between private and public at any time before the match starts.
How many players can join a Party Mode room?
Up to 8 players per room, and you need at least 2 to start a match. Each match runs for the number of questions the host picked (5 to 20), with 20 seconds per question.
Does the room creator also play?
Yes. The creator's only privileges are picking the subject, choosing the question count, and pressing Start Match. After that they answer every question like everyone else.
How do I create a quiz as a teacher?
Click on "I'm a Teacher" to open the quiz creation dashboard, choose a subject, set your number of questions, and publish — it takes just a couple of minutes and no sign-up is required.
